Learning Objectives:
1) Recognize the importance of proper tracheal tube positioning in pediatric patients. 2) Be aware of the various formulae and clinical guidelines for proper tracheal tube positioning in children. 3) Be aware of the small margins of safety for proximal or distal migration of the tracheal tube in infants.
